Archer/Hunter Help Need Gale's Force Spell Build

Title, looking for spellspam Gale's force build. Hive fine, no mythics/LI tho :(
Preferably lots of agi and Mana Regen (9-10). Don't care about melee whatsoever, if it has -1000000 melee I couldn't care less. Preferably 8k+ bombs if possible

The build works though due to the cheap spell costs and double casting of all the spells resulting in more damage.
The proper accessories for the build are Moon Pool Circlet, Diamond Hydro Bracelet, and Diamond Hydro Necklace. 1st ring slot can be Yang (Dmg), Suppression (Mana Regen), or Diamond Hydro Ring (Less Mana Regen but Dmg)
Advise: If you would actually use this garbage build, get a good spell damage Nighthawk and a -2/4 Mana Regen Time Rift.
