What's With The Major Lagspikes Lately?

As the holidays have come and I have some more time now to focus on minecraft, I picked back up my activity on Wynncraft again. Much has changed, but something that didn't change for the best is that during my first few days here, the lag is absolutely horrible. Often times I just find the game completely unresponsive, and sit in lobbies for a minute or three until I can finally choose a server.

Today the game is just flat-out unplayable; Whenever I transition to a map, I have a very high chance (happened 3 times already) to just end up being warped into the void, with no chance of getting out except via death. In other instances, the delay is so big that monsters instantly swarm on me and deal about 4 or 5 hits w/o me being able to react to it. This makes both doing quests and dungeons impossible. There are no empty worlds too, because in the EU servers, ALL servers have 40+ people on them (30+ in lower activity times.)

What is going on? This isn't like at all what I was used to play with.

I am. It doesn't change anything.

 

Try joining via both eu.wynncraft.com and the eu servers in the compass, as that has better performance than joining the eu servers via play.wynncraft.com

 

Already tried that, but alas.

 

Maybe your connexions is bad

 

The EU servers seem laggier in the EU than the normal servers do tbh

 

That's probably your ping, before joining Wynncraft, hover over the green meter and see what the ms is, if the number is lower, you have better ping, if its higher, then you have worse ping, I live in Egypt and I use the EU ip and EU servers and get about 76ms

 

I get 70ms to the eu servers (I'm from Spain) but when I join and try to use the compass it takes like 1-2 mins before the compass opens, and when I click to join a server it takes 30 seconds before the server reacts and connects me to that server
