Mage/Dark Wizard Help Any Endgame Builds For Mage?

Im a lvl. 104 MAGE atm and i want a build where i can do all silent expanse quests without me dying all the time. Also want to do things like LI and dungeons without me having to play like a trihard. any suggestions?

5k melee (don't use if you don't want to trigger giant negative life steal)

If you don't have orante shadow use sizzling shawl or anything else really.
