Broken Quest?

    In the quest, "Recovering the past", you're meant to bring Edwin back to Dr. Picard, after fixing Edwin's issue with water not reaching his crops. However, while Bringing Edwin back, I lost connection and was thrown out of Wynn. After relogging, I haven't been able to get Edwin to re-appear, and I haven't been able to continue on with the quest.

    Talking to Dr. Picard does nothing, and entering his tower does nothing. I've also tried relogging and /kill, but to no avail. Is there any way I could restart or unbug this quest? Any help would be really appreciated

    if nothing has been solved yet i suggest submitting a bug report instead.
