Gear For Lvl 80-90

Usually people get cosmic armor at lvl 80 from ???, but if pretty much no one does it anymore, what should be my current build be in terms of type of armor and weapons?

Ummmm just use morph and fenmask or third eye at level 88
Weapon: just go on Wynndata and find a random legendary that is close to your level

 

If you mean a near full morph set, isn't it nerfed and the gears prob expensive?

 

It was nerfed to shit, but it recently got buffed that made it pretty good again, especially for general usage.
