Assassin/Ninja Help First Build

As the title says, it's my first ever build, so I'd like some constructive criticism on this thing.

With the way poison works, If you hit something it resets the poison timer and poison only starts dealing damage after 1 second. This means that you'll not want to hit the enemy with a super fast attack speed.

Life steal and mana steal have a chance to proc based on your attack speed: higher attack speed --> less chance.

So I'd suggest you to put something in that drastically lowers your attack speed. Atlas seems good for what you're trying to do.

Other than that, this little health and this little agi/def seems like a death sentence to me. Even though the elemental defense is good enough. This new lvl 70 fabled chestplate uranium aegis gives you >4K more HP and gives a good bit of poison. It also gives the plague major ID, which I think you may want on any poison build.
