How Is The High-lv Profession Grind Now?

Returning player and was wondering how this was addressed and if it was at all effective. Might get back into Wynn if it doesn't take me 3hrs under DXP DSpeed to get 1 lv of woodcutting lol.

 

I get about 70% of a level at level 90+ farming from 20 minutes of DXP and Speed, so I'm pretty sure it's been improved greatly.

Also to note; When /pvp gets fixed, being in Hunted will give you a 50% XP boost to everything I believe, so gathering is even quicker.

Also to note, this is without xp gathering and speed gear, which are two new ids.
Should make it even easier.

Holy shit there's XP Gathering gear? Shit's probably uber-priced rip. Can't wait for the API to update haha

 

Actually probably not that difficult to get, the CT said that gathering XP and speed will mostly be on ingredients rather than on gear. Meaning you can actively farm for gathering gear.

 

If you’re a prof tryhard like me, you get to a point where you get 1% xp per min of prof party (lv 110+)...

On another note, I believe it only takes about 8-10 hours of prof parties to level up from 1-100 compared to 15 hours before, including the miniquests.

Professions take less than in 1.18, mini-quests give a good amount of Prof Experience and the refine rate is higher than before, the only annoying part is the Durability on the tools, which is fair. Anyway profs are way easier and more enjoyable in the 1.19 update.
