Mage/Dark Wizard Help Nepta And Boreal Crown

I need some help getting a build that’s stable, and I would like to use nepta floodbringer and boreal patterned crown. Ideas?

 

boreal patterned crown
ornate shadow chestplate
winter's essence (more mana regen, more skill points) or dark channeler (more damage, more health)
capricorn
all diamond hydro accessories

i'm rly lazy right now, so no wynndata link for now (maybe if someone else wants to do it :D :D :D)

 

Is it just me or is wynndata not showing any of the new items?
