Archer/Hunter Help With Nighthawk And Time Rift Build

Would Nighthawk and Time Rift make a good combo? most likely but what weapons should I use for the the build, Gale's Force? What Accessories would work and what leggings and boots should I use? What stats should I use? Most preferred to be walk speed & Spell spam build

 

I'm not sure you can do the walk speed and spell spam without sacrificing your defences,but, if sorcery activates often enough spell spam might work.
