Any Class Help Shaman Overdrive Build

I'm not great with builds so I was just wondering if there's currently any good builds for the new Overdrive weapon. What I'm mainly looking for is high melee and spell DPS, some AGI and INT, as well as some mana regen, preferably level 100 or lower without master hive, LI or mythic items. If there's any other weapons for that which are better, that's fine, but I just really enjoy the uber high spell damage and super fast attack speed.
