   If i upgrade to VIP+ will it remove my (Vet) tag, and does cosmic set actually give quest xp bonus like it used to do in the past?

   Ranks don't have anything to do with Veteran rank, if you have it, you can simply toggle it on or off. As for the second question, quests no longer get affected by exp bonus%.
