That chestplate is everything I've wanted for a spell build for as long as I can remember.

 

Lol I was looking at Rewind and though “Wow that sorcery thing looks pretty OP”. Well, now it’s on a chestplate, including a shit ton of spell damage!

they're aware, nerf will probably be next patch (i really hope they nerf the earth to the ground or possibly even remove it and buff the raw melee bc these boots can literally be used for spell..)

 

Haha +1 to 3rd spell cost... and have fun meeting 95 Str req on a spell build.

That said, ironically these probably are the strongest spell earth boots simply because there aren't really any spell earth options.

 

+1 shouldnt be terribly counterable
and 95 is not THAT big, you can still get a good amount of int and some agi or def (not that much defensive sp but not 0)

 

how rare are fabled items and how do you get them?

 

about 10x more that legendaries, and the same ways you get any other item (quests, loot chests etc)

 

Sorcery is cool and all until you spam another totem during CoW.

 

Imagine being dead by using a movement spell with Time Rift which makes you use it a second time lmao
