Please Stop Making Quests That Require 2 Or More Players

The 2 or more player requirement is just bs, please dont make it a requirement, make like a mode or path that needs 2 players NOT limiting the minimun to 2

Maybe if you chose the path of doing 2 players the rewards will be higher etc.
JUST stop makinf 2 or more player requirements

Well you know. It is an MMORPG, with barely aaaany co-op needed. So if 1% of the quests require more than one person I feel like that would be okay.
Some of these can feel nice community wise. (Im not saying its perfect. *cough* Bobs Lost Soul)

 

Draft suggestion: change the path depending on the amount of players present. There could for instance be a parkour section where one person must hold down a pressure plate to keep the platforms raised, which isn't necessary if there's only one person attempting the parkour.

There are technically three quests and one secret discovery. However, even with Bob's update to his boss fight, it's still outdated in requiring at least two players at least once, as the only reason this exists is because Bob used to be a lot harder pre gavel. Now, he is very much so doable at level without additional help. The secret discovery that requires two players is pretty bullshit to, since you can literally do everything in the secret discovery up until only one section where you need two players for some god forsaken reason. ??? makes sense in requiring them though.

Let me just say that I'm sure absolutely no one here thinks Wynncraft doesn't need multiplayer. If anything, Wynncraft actually doesn't feature enough of it.
BUT! Let me also say that the multiplayer requirements for Bob's Lost Soul and Fate of the Olm is completely ridiculous. The multiplayer requirement is literally just slapped in there (especially for fate of the olm) as no other part of the quests/discovery requires multiple players.
If you're going to make Bob's Lost Soul multiplayer, then give us some puzzles for the quest that actually require and reward cooperation. Though, seeing as Bob's Lost Soul is an important quest, I don't think you should add a multiplayer requirement to that anyway.
Same for Fate of the Olm. It's a fun discovery, up until the two player part which is so stupid that it made me dislike the discovery as a whole. This discovery is completely optional, so I'm definitely not against a multiplayer puzzle in this one though.
I think a good example of a multiplayer quest is ???. It's optional and has multiple parts that require multiplayer.

Now that I think of it, why not add some more optional discoveries or quests that require multiplayer? But not something stupid like "stand on these pressure plates on the same time". Instead, make sure multiplayer is constantly needed e.g. a bossfight similar to quartron where the boss can only be hurt if one player stands on top of him while the other player does damage. And make it clear that a quest needs multiplayer from the start so people don't get frustrated when they reach the multiplayer part.

it can be annoying when you require another player, but what's even more annoying is that most quests don't support more than 1 player!
for exempel in cutscenes, other players head and particles get in the way (your particles as well), or some scenes trigger for one but not the other, you need to wait for an item to respawn for both of you to get it...

its annoying that you require multiplayer but its worse than you can't even multiplayer

 

but bobs entire quest line requires 3 players to finish it, i dont think that a lore based quest should be done like that

Not sure if it’s possible but I think he meant that you can put a horse in the pressure plate and the other two players click the buttons
