Cannot Teleport While In A Story Line

    So i went into the graveyard behind the house of twain (I finished the quest there ages ago) and now after leaving it on foot (i mean leaving the graveyard , It still says im in a story line even when going to detlas) I can't use teleportation scrolls anywhere and when i /kill i teleport back into the graveyard
    anyone knows how to get out of it?
