We’ve had a ton of “final bosses” in Wynn and gavel that have been considered mighty and extremely tough. Some of these are Bob, CoW, Qira, Dr. Legendary, Wybel, etc

but the true final boss of the game....is an eyeball?

"Tough", is somehow easier than Orange Cybel

 

Cybel's now much easier given the mob spell and disintegrator core changes

Yes
They turned a mob with zero legitimate difficulty (fake difficulty doesn't count) into one with negative difficulty
(Real difficulty is punishments for playing poorly, fake difficulty is the ability to one-shot regardless of how well you're playing)

 

Eh, depends on class imo. Archer/Mage will usually struggle more with Cybel than Doc, whereas Assassin/Warrior will struggle more with Doc than Cybel. Shaman's relatively in between. Doc now does have a much higher RNG factor than that of the new Cybel though, so it would depend on that to.
