    Base mr&ms is -6, aka -8 to -4.

    Max spell and -%costs are 39 so other than the mana regen(which unfortunately seems to be the most important stat) this Fantasia is really good

    Hmm looks quite interesting
    I like how all the rainbow damages have the same averages but wider ranges...I think this thing is gonna be good despite being a bit difficult to build around due to the mana regen/steal. Glad to see a new mythic build around the new ids though!

    You could easily do a ms build if you sacrifice all of your jewelery for stacaccio (butchering name but it’s 3/4 me) atlas, and suppression.
