Dwarves And Doguns Part Iv Staff Of True Ice Help

So a while ago when I first did D and D IV I went to Garaheth and the staff of true ice did not work to freeze him. I switched servers and all that, but nothing worked. S0, I deleted the item and did /fixquests to get it back, but /fixquests did not give the staff back. So, I went back to the npc that made the staff in D and D III, but he is not there in Maex. I went back to garaheth and it says I need staff of true ice. What do I do? Any help appreciated.

 

Edit: I got 4 true ice and found the enchanter, but when I click him he just gives a blank message in chat. Korzim is in the same room and does that same thing. HELP!

That is code for we are not going to be fixing this but we know about, there will be no way for you to complete D&D 4 until 1.20 comes out which will probably be in another 20 years

I’m sorry, it was supposed to be resolved in this update but the issue turned out to be more difficult than it seemed. We have a limited amount of GMs who are capable of resolving this, and the ones who are were very busy with other work.
It will be resolved in the future, but please understand that it may take some time.
