Critical Glitch What Is Happening?

Uhh so i had 5 matrokya shells each powdered wth 20/20 t6 powders (except for one)
but after the update only one had survived and others are now 0/20. What is happening? Do I get no refund for this?? ;;

 

u probably not gonna get a refund and idk what happened but I heard that some people lost their mythics too

 

this was my trophy... rip.. no more tank build for me now..
I must give condolences for some people who lost item like this way
