Any Class Atlas Inc Build Aid

It seems like it's a little strong, as it gets 9k meteors without a single item, so I wonder what a good build would make it do...
PS: Apparently necrosis is a little strong with the weapon because of the insane spell on the weapon cancelling -900% spell on necro

 

9k base meteors sounds like a lot on the table but consider that a full build probably couldn't increase it to extreme territory since further %spell scales off of its 0-3 base damage and therefore has a negligible impact on damage increase; I consider the effects of raw spell to be balanced here.

Necrosis pairs well with this item.

 

This weapon achieves normal spell sustain with ~60 Def and 15k meteors (I've tested). It's definitely OP.

I know this is basically rainbow slap but I haven’t played for a year so idk if better options came out for that. With the new Guardian changes, I’m trying to be able to redirect as much damage from others to myself and not die. If I can deal a decent amount of damage to solo content, that’s cool but if not I don’t really mind. thanks!!

 

Realize that The Nothing is not in fact a mythic item. It is a dungeon item. You cannot compare two things of different tiers like that.

Ok so guardian normal speed meaning kinda suck ish melee. So I made 2 builds

Your Tank melee (water def a bit negative because needed to get somewhat useable damage, ele defs are kinda pointless tho)

Think I'll be working towards the first build; might replace the centipede for a more spell damage friendly alternative so my spells do at least a little more than 0 damage but if that doesn't match centipede's damage I'll keep it as is. thanks a bunch!!

 

You have a point… to an extent. I bring up this build not just because I think Freedom itself is strong, but also because Rainbow Sanctuary, another dungeon item 20 levels below The Nothing, is strong. Notice how my build falls back in line with standard 1.18 Freedom builds when the 85% rainbow damages are removed.

i get the necrosis idea but it's really not that good of a pick imo. huge dex req, only damage boost is poison without good str, ls is pretty worthless on mage and ms can be gained along other stats from other helms

if you want to be able to take a lot of punishment~ then what you need is a big hp pool, a way to recover it (hpr/ls) and good def and agi to prevent it draining from sources other than redirecting from friends. this is the recipe for the fat tank melee i linked
for a double mythic ver you could add boreal and change the accessories to meet the agi req

 

playstyle: hybrid lifesteal, can be more spell than melee
preferences: WFA, would prefer decent defs
restrictions: Inferno , heat sink pls, no mythic armor, anything else acceptable

Unless they change the gear it will. It is likely the won’t change it though. Also if you want a different build for 1.19 I can do that
