    Hello people.

It is none other than I, and I bring with me the fabled... Cohedic Classroom!

For those of you who saw this thread, you will know that Cohedic (or Reo Kohé'de) is a constructed language (conlang) of mine. I shared a - terribly outdated by now - document in that thread, which showed off the basics of the language and how it worked.
I said that I might make a Google Classroom about it for those interested, and some people seemed to like that idea. So here we are. Took me some time.

    https://classroom.google.com
    The class code is g1xinnk

I have posted a couple of presentations about different parts of the language, and will post new things now and then. There might also be assignments for those who want.

Please tell me if you find anything strange or faulty, and feel free to ask questions both here and in the classroom, as well as posting private and class comments. I'd love to hear your thoughts about the information and the language

Excited! Really seems like you put a lot of work into this. Looking forward to seeing how this turns out!
+1 student (I’ve got a similar picture to the one on my profile here in case you’re wondering who that person is)

Thank you! So excited to see people are interested.
I did work on the material for some time, and the language for a long while.
Do you think the material is comprehensible?

    Edit:
    I added the [ ŋ ] phoneme because I realised pronouncing "n-k" is hard.

The assignment is ready, will post later today. Hope you guys can do it.

On another note, I’m currently working on a large-scale of my most ambitious Dózo yet, it has a whole 20 words in one single character. That’s a lot of meaning I tell you.

    Here’s an uncolored version:

I like how lots of people have joined, but nobody is doing the assignment. Let me know if there is some problem with it.

Not much going on here, but I decided to come with an update.
I’m currently attempting to work on an OpenType font for this, where most characters are written through ligatures. If anyone has some experience with making fonts and ligatures, please share some tips.
I’m working in an online program called Glyphr.

So will the system still include the letters with diacritics? Or will those letters be replaced?

The system, the language in whole will still keep Rǒma Yéodo for transliteration purposes and those who aren’t interested in learning the many Dózo of Xîrído. Unfortunately, I have not found a way of being able to add new fonts to Google Drive, but it’s supposed to work in Paint and Word. Unless I can somehow make it a language on the computer. Expect this to take a long time, however, as there are plenty of Dózo to be made.

Apparently, you don't just have to make the signs, you also have to find a working way of typing them too. I think they might be too big, since only the bottom parts show up when I try to type them. I also have no idea how OpenType's ligature system works, as nothing happens when I press the ligature combinations.
Any help at all is hugely appreciated so I can get this to work.

Wait, so are the ligatures for the romanized version or for Xîrído? I'm still kinda unclear on that.

No, I’m trying to make each regular character on the keyboard assigned to a Dózo, and by typing multiple characters in different sequences, you get different other Dózo that are compound characters. It should theoretically work, but it doesn’t seem to.

Ah, alright. I can see how that would be hard, and i'm not experienced with it, so I can't give advice, sorry.

Progress update, all current glyphs I've done thus far (in Paint, text size 72): unknown.png
There are some small gaps here and there but I can't really fix those, and two characters have weird strokes through them but otherwise it's fine I think.

    Small update with big news:
So apparently I decided to make "Cohedic" a language family which includes five variants of a proto-language. The "Cohedic" I've been teaching y'all is now the Thao (T'ao) dialect of Minchu - the family that includes all five languages. The Western Cohedic mentioned in the "Extra Grammar" presentation is known as the Saosha dialect, which evolved from the royal Nang dialect, mixed with the Thao dialect.
More about these dialects will be posted in the future.
