    Most likely players wont buy it because there are much better options, it is super low level item and it's stats are bad.

    I remember grinding these and selling them for 16 LE back in the day. Glorious times. People still buy these though, I sold one like 3 days ago, just not for as much and not as often.

    Conc generally sells for around 1 LE these days. I certainly wouldn't call it unsellable.
