Assassin/Ninja Help Weathered

Could someone help? I saw weathered got a new spicy major id and thought it'd be nice. I would like a thunder-air hybrid.

The important bits are the stats
it does use a mythic (other than weathered) sorry

KEY POINTS:

• WS = 110%
• Reflection = 109%
• MR + MS = 9/4s
• HR = 240% + 130
• Soul Point regen = 50%
• Attack speed tier = +2
• XP bonus 21%

Thanks for the build, the reason I was using weathered is that in vanish it takes no Mana away, leaving u with infinite effects
