I would like to know what the best build to solo LI with would be

Any class just no mythics

air slap mage
use gale's force/ivory if you are archer or assassin and replace dreamcloud to conduit for more dmg and less def/hp.

thunder hybrid (though going for lower spell costs) with decent mr and ms. bit SP tight, but not too bad.

Don’t worry about the 0 sp left(25 but I made it 105 int) since after the update all SP will be fixed

 

Uhh i have a pretty ok build:
Morph stardust
Gravity
Vaward
Ornate shadow (boots)
Prism
Moon pearl circlet
Prowess
Gold fusion (didnt have a spare diamond token but use diamond fusion if you can)
Cryoseism

Obviously this is a shaman build, deals about 7-8k auras, is very tanky and has good mr
I soloed LI with this without potions.
