   Alright so plain and simple my question is what is prioritized in stats when it comes to these measures?
   For example, if I have -124 water defense but I have +27% water defense
   Am I still lacking in water defense? or does the 27% make up for the flat stat that I have under zero??
   
   Someone plz explain i very nub
