Serious Google Once Again Proves Its Imcompetent Handling Youtube

So, I don't normal make threads like this, but this is a special kinda a big fucking problem.

Recently, some dude called Markiplier (who the fuck is he, amirite?) made this video:


To sum it up for the most part.
Mark recently made a stream discussing his recent project "A Heist With Markiplier", which is a series of videos that are like a choose-your-own adventure. While going through this, Mark asked his fan to either put either red or green to choose which path to go.
This is what are getting people's Youtube and entire Google accounts suspended.

Near the end, Mark says to avoid chatting, or even flat out not watching streams in general.
I swear to god every day Google makes another dumbass mistake and Youtubers are the ones having to pay for it.

Oh my, I’ve never seen anything like this before. I thought YouTube removed annotations in the videos though?

 

While yes, they removed annotations, they just replaced it by only being able to link other videos and/or your channel page.

 

This is just so weird. I thought this was going to be about demonetization or something. Hopefully they fix this issue soon.
