SPOILER Hidden Silent Expanse Town Name

Yesterday I was viewing the 1.19 Changelog Thread and my computer all of a sudden lagged and the page was hovering just on the image of the uppercut changes. And then upon closer inspection I saw the name of the mob in the picture, shown above.

Uh yeah, my guess is the decrepit city shown in the trailer is likely Lutho. My question is: who is the name "Lutho" based on?

It really wouldn't surprise me if this is yet another name of a Builder or a GM but spelled differently. Although I have no idea who it would be. Also well spotted!

Looking at the changelog again, they also credit Mergual for making Lutho's interiors. More evidence towards it being some sort of town?

 

Guessing it’s that abandoned town like area in Southeast RTD. The Expanse has literally no civilization to speak of as far as we can see, so.

 

so is no one going to mention that the corrupted dude still has a very fashionable mustache?

 

Looks more like badly maintained stubble.

 

Judging from the green in the background, I'd reckon it's the centre-north region/Slykarr region. Especially given the green eyes on the Lutho citizen.
