Ehh I’d use this build I made, I’ve been working on alkatraz builds for a while, take it from me; it needs a very slight buff, as it’s pretty close to balanced. Before people counter argue with “I can do 40k dps build it’s op” you’d have zero mana steal and wouldn’t be able to abuse the new charge mechanic coming in 1.19. uppercut does 4k less damage for what benefit?

 

You'll tank much more, personally I'm not gonna use uppercut for spell-spamming so I could care less. Sure the overall dmg is less but you won't die as fast.

If you use charge / bash spell spam you'll tank much more o.O

I dont see your point.

 

Point is the build lacks a high enough mana regen to sustain large mana combos. As uppercut is an expensive spell, it’d be more efficient in terms of mana consumption to alternate between bashing and charging. While this won’t be great for damage it’d allow the warrior to last much longer in a fight because of the new charge mechanic, that being high resistance upon hitting a mob while charging.
