Mage/Dark Wizard Help Rainbow, Qira And Li (3 Builds)

I need three builds, one for traveling safely around Wynncraft and the other two to beat Qira (Mistress of the Hive) and LI.

Rainbow build:
Restrictions: No mythic and no crafted items.
Style: Rainbow in defense and neutral or rainbow in damage, high int/mana for travel.
Note: If you have something better for traveling safe, please suggest it to me. Thanks.

Qira build:
Restrictions: No mythic, no crafted items, no LI items and no Master Division items.
Style: Spell spam.
Items i would like you to use (if possible): Morrowind, Memento, Vaward, Capricorn, Spectrum, Sano's Care

LI build:
Restrictions: No mythic, no crafted items, no LI items (another one with LI items)
Style: Spell + Tank
Note: A build that is safe and uses spells
