Mage/Dark Wizard Help I Need Help With Mage Build!

Hi, I am lvl 25-ish, and I need a good build. Can someone help me?

 

At level 25 you don't really need a build. the most important part of your set is your weapon and as for armor you want to try and get the following ids
mana regen
spell damage
water damage
xp bonus

and avoid -xp as well as -damages all around.

Realistically you should just use whatever armors you can get with some of those ids and good hp
as for a wand what you would want at your level is this
