Assassin/Ninja Help Assassin Lvl60 Set Build

I wanted to ask...what would be a good build for a lvl 60 assassin who only wants to use set items like the Skien set.

 

The skien set in general is just bad as melee without attack speed boosters at that level is really weak. Id highly recommend not using that set.
if you really want to though...use whatever accessories you can find, ideally mana regen or melee damage I suppose and a helm for xp (or maybe ultramarine crown)

at that level range you generally want to stay away from melee but ya know if you enjoy that playstyle more power to ya :)
