    Hi, I am stumped. I am doing the quest: "underwater route", and can't find the guy to gimme the helmet. can anyone give me some pointers.

    If you follow the shore to the east, and look into the sea you should find a ship, this ship would have an NPC on it, you talk to this NPC and he gives you something to do before you get the helmet.
