    i recently bought i min cata with terrible health. so i was looking for a build in which i can actually use it with some damage still

    i used this on another thread and it got rejected but check it out it's good for low health due to high(ish) walk speed and good health regen

    That has a bit low health for his -roll cata. Also dps isnt great for a cata build. Actually the health regen is way too low to have any big impact during fights.

    like 9900hp with your cata and a good roll on pant hp (you can change the bracelet to hamsey's for an extra 1k+ hp, will tighten the sp requirements though)
    if you have a good sp third eye and medeis and reach 129 int youre pretty golden
    still pretty mediocre damage per spell for a cata build

    not the best but will do with no crafted
    i have a -6400 cata... this is enough to solo li somehow....
    edit : dis but a budget build
