I see on the Rule that there is not hacking like flying and that I know that is not aloud and I don't use hacks but I see a lot of youtubers use things that make the items have the color that the rarity is so they don't have to hover over it another is a thing that I says push like Z and it does a spell are those things aloud I have not used any of these yet I want to make sure they are aloud before I might get them

 

Most of those youtubers are using Wynntils(or maybe Wynnexpansion. You're allowed to use it without any consequences.

As you know already by reading the rules, if the mod gives an advantage over vanilla mc, it is not allowed.

The coloring of items you see are after the items are in your inventory or are identified and is allowed. Coloring an item that just dropped and is not identified is not (also, by what I know is it is impossible because the item's rarity is hidden).

As far as the pressing of keys for spells, that is covered in rules already under

2. Macros.

Macros are only allowed to be used to input a single 3-click spell command at a time or to automate chat commands such as the party system. Macros that loop or are designed to do anything else are not allowed as it gives you an unfair advantage.

As far as wynnexpansion. There are some features that are need to be careful of and need to be turned off. One of them being the x-ray feature of seeing party/friend names and outlines. Also, the mod is no longer being updated.
