Question For All Those Mages

So I am now starting to reach end game, and I want to start creating builds. So far, I have seen two reoccurring builds:

1. Spell Spam
2. Morrowind Speed Set

Now I’m looking for a set with good DPS and mobility. That being said, which one of these sets is better?

I like this Morrowind build, tho I do not have the LI items: https://wynndata.tk/s/raZTqD. Also, even if I'm a mage, I do not like the -ls with memento (yes, I know I can use R-L-R).

 

Also please stop spamming your threads onto general, use the sub sections class builds and questions. They seem to fit what your threads indicate.

 

Lmao I wouldn’t call 3 threads over the course of a couple days spamming but ok. Also, one I made when I first joined the server so I just posted it on the first place I saw. This one I made here since I saw a previous post asking the same exact thing on here. However, I will now post things on those subsections. Thank you for the advice I guess lel.
