I am voting for mountain biome update because its a way to boring biome for how easy you find one

Most of them probably vote for mountains because it doesn't have a lot, even though swamp has more things.

 

You could probably have all 3 if you know how to make datapacks,

But my vote is for swamp, I really want to see what the mangrove logs can be used for in building.
Or what expert builders could come up with.

Also, think about the frog, you could kill it, it drop its legs, and frog legs are a delicacy.
Or you could brew them as another means to make Jump boost potions

Its attacks could be like the Legend of Zelda's Like-Like where it steals your sword or shield, that you could be holding
with the flick of its tongue, and have swamp-like fireflies that have the same AI as bats, but are attacked/eaten by frogs that give them regen
and illuminate light during nights as well,

Mountains i think people are voting for because it could lead to the "Cave update" when,
its just "the snow is snowier" -> "Hrmm yes, the floor is floor"

Just my thoughts at least
