    150%. Increases effect by 0.5% multiplicative per 1%, relative to the heal amount(e.g.: Lv 3 Heal pulses for 17.5% health per pulse at 150% water damage).

    Water damage given from Intelligence is not counted towards Heal totals; you MUST have Water Damage % ID.

    Conversely the lowest effect is -100% water damage, halving the healing effect.

    Any percents higher or lower than those will have no effect. I'm not sure where exactly we posted this information, but it was public and we made no effort to hide it at the very minimum.

    I've simply not heard anyone talk about it until today. Granted, with a maximum of +150%, that doesn't seem like it would be a significant problem even in a Water-focused Mage/Dark Wizard build. I also had only started learning to make builds when the Heal spell was reworked some time ago.

    Hm... including Int might help solve the problem of Heals being relatively powerful on melee mage. It'll be negligible to add to Int solely for a tiny bit of Heal, but the overall gap between like 90 Int and no Int would be significant.

    Spell Mage dps is significantly lower than Melee Mage dps, especially since Spell Mage gets relatively little additional benefit from Heals (because of the 1 second pulsing).

    just spam heal, i almost never let all three ticks of heal proc before just using heal again, its faster and if your spell build is actually good, mana isnt an issue
