    There are quite a few:

    Selling high level t2-3 mats on the trade market
    The seavale reef (around 1.5LE per hour)
    Grinding mobs can give you XP and some emeralds. Not the fastest way.
    Questing ( Quite a few quests have high emerald rewards )
    Honestly, there's no way set in stone. Other than getting Mythics, but good luck :D.

    You can try reselling to get rich, but that requires some amount of wealth to begin
