Can't Create A Ban Appeal

4 years ago I was banned because of fly hack. Today, I tried to appeal for a unban with my current nick "SemNomeFalecido" but it gives a warning "There are currently no valid bans for this user. We only accept appeals for permanent bans." so I tried my previous nick(which is the one I got banned with) "SuperCreeperBr" and another warning appears "The username you provided was not found. Please verify you typed it correctly!". What should I do?
