    I know i can replace dia hydro necklace with royal stormy necklace and dia hydro ring with moon pool circlet.
    but what is replacement for other LI item?

    This greatly depends on the purpose for the item. For example, Gloomstone can be used as a replacement for Diamond Static Ring in damage, but if you need the 10 Dex boost to meet a requirement you'll have to do some other rearranging.
