    I only have the jester neckles and ut gives me it set bonus (-25% xp) Plz help

    https://wynndata.tk/sets/Jester - there is nothing wrong with the necklace, it works as intended.

    Sets work like this: when you wear a specific ammount of set items from the same set, they will give you bonuses (mainly identifications, such as mana regen, poison, health, etc.)

    Since 1.18 update it does so. Before, it didn't, I understand your confusion !
