Changed Minecraft Name, Now Banned

Some months ago, I changed my name from Nerobrine_LP to TrueGemuese and now I am banned for the reason "Alt for TequalsArfrika", but I did nothing, this must be an error. I tried to use Ban Appeal, but it did not work.
