Wynncraft Mysteries

So at 1104, -4434 in the sky islands there is a baker, and he says what sounds like a riddle or hint a to something. On the other side of the shop, there is a sign that says "throw on yellow."
Very confused about the entire thing, is this a secret room, incomplete feature, etc. If anyone knows or thinks they know what this is, that would be helpful!

Also near the Skyraider base, there is a house with button trail leading to a hopper at 1526, 134, -4410

 

I believe it is used in the quest ‘Recipe for Disaster’
