Archer/Hunter Help Level 87-90 Archer Walkspeed Build Combat Viable

I'm in need for speed. I put a level range cuz by the time this goes up improbably already at level 90 also no LI, ??? or Qira ffs.

Basic Stats
Lvl 90 needed to use all the stuff
128% walkspeed
6.6 - 7.8k bombs, 4/4 mana regen, 80+ intelligence (68+ intel gives -50% reduced spell cost)
6.7k hp

Most of the stuff in this build can be bought from players / trade market / found, although you'd have to do the 'Beyond The Grave' quest to get the Raging Wind. Alternatively, you could swap out Raging Wind for a 9% walkspeed ring called Horsehoe, which can be found in a merchant to the North-East of Llevigar (ring costs 10eb each).

tbh this can probably beat LI, although might struggle against some of the bosses with Heal. It might even be able to beat Qira, although I'm less certain about that (would need to run calcs).
