Got Banned For Rank Transfer

    Dear Wynncraft or anyone else,

    I have recently got a rank transfer from Ibnainley to CraftyDuck_, I was never informed of my old account being banned. And I can't even appeal for it. I moved my rank due to security issues on Ibnainley. Can I possibly get an un-ban? I did plan on using it.

    I emailed wynncraft support... saying that I have security issues on the ibnainley account so they help me and ban me

    This was most likely an accident, as the person who dealt with your application and the one who banned you are on 2 separate teams. However, I don’t think it was wise for blasting the team by making this thread, which could of been dealt through pms. Also, you say that you can’t appeal, but I’m pretty sure you can though?

    That's normal (especially when an account has security issues). Otherwise it would be easily abusable by purchasing a rank, getting the free bombs/crates it gives you and then transfering it to a friend, keeping the free stuff. If you are unhappy with that, contact support again and we can revert it. Just keep in mind you will also lose the free stuff that came with the rank transfer.
