I'm (physically) Stuck!

I'm new to Wynncraft, so it might be a mistake on my part, but I'm stuck in a hole and can't get out. I was exploring with a friend when I found a waterfall inside the first town. Inside the waterfall, there was a trap door, me and my friend went inside and found no way to exit. I have no idea how to solve the problem since the game remembers the exact same spot you were in since you last played. I also tried using the scroll you obtain after the first quest but it didn't work (I right clicked like it said on the item description). If you know of a way to get out, please help my friend and I. I really want to keep playing on this server. Below are pictures of the place I'm stuck in.
