Monthly Crate Broken, 4 Months In A Row...

For the 4th time in 4 months I have tried my own Free Monthly Crate, each time. its refused to allow me to have it. I triple check my Username Spelling every time. I click the boxes and still no Monthly Crate in game. I'd like some help from Staff team to help me find a solution to my missing crates, I would really appreciate it.

Perhaps you charged back too much for a different server or something and you are banning for buying anything? (Unsure if this is the reason, but it was what happened with another person).

Also, it is highly suggested that you post stuff like this in the right channel, or ask via our discord for much much faster responses.

 

Are you ingame when claiming it? That’s a neccessary part.

 

I just got my monthly crate today and I wasn't online when I claimed it...

 

Still, I have that problem.

I can’t exactly think of other ways to solve the problem.

 

I still haven't gotten it, everything was done right it just hasn't been given to me
and yes I was in game
