    I have been looking for a powder merchant, so I can upgrade my gear.
    So I follow the map to where it says where the powder merchants are but there are none.
    I've also noticed that most of the cities look nothing like they are on the map, but maybe because its an areal view.

    It's not up-to-date, it's actually about two years outdated still.
