Banned Years Ago, Can't Appeal

So years ago I was permanently banned from Wynncraft. I would like to file an appeal; however, when I go to the appeal page and type in my username, it says, "There are currently no valid bans for this user". Now, I actually changed my Minecraft username recently, so I tried to also type in what my old username was at the time of the ban. When I do this though, it says, "The username you provided was not found."

So, there seems to be no way for me to file an appeal. Who can I contact about this? Thank you.
