    Sprinting in minecraft is normally 5.6 blocks per second (if I remember correctly), and 2000% is 20 times that (I think it is, unless wynncraft'speed mechanic works differently), so technically the speed would have been 112 blocks/sec. In minecraft, 1 block is = to 1 metre, or 3.28 feet. That would be approximately 403.2km/h or 250m/h. I think it's safe to say that speed limits would be broken.
    Correct me if I made any mistakes
