-Hi I am new to Wynncraft and when I identify an item there are %'s beside the bonuses in either green or red. Could someone please explain this?
-I also notice at the bottom beside the tier classification there is a currency number there. What does this signify?
-There are also * beside some of the bonuses, again what does this mean?

The % means you are most likely using wynntils or some other wynncraft enhancement mod.
What is means is simply the percentile of the roll (how good it is) 0% being the worst and 100% being the best.

the number at the bottom is the cost in emeralds to re identify the item

Each item as a base value associated with each of its ID, when you identify the item you can get any valut between 0.3 and 1.3 time this base value.
You have 1 * when you get a value above 1 time the base value, 2* when you get above 1.2 (not sure about this one) and 3* when you get 1.3 time the base value.

Sometimes you can have only 1 * and still have the max value, that's because the ID are rounded up when identifying.

I hope this was understandable, haven't spoke English in a while
